Welcome!
I have been thinking about doing a new blog for a while, that would capture my passion for clean living, and about making a commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
There are 4 pillars to living Clean:
1) Clean Eating: Cutting out over processed, unhealthy foods as much as possible and sticking to real food. Need help? I can show you the way.
2) Fitness - We can all improve our fitness level - you just have to commit, and I can show you some tools to help keep yourself accountable. You CAN do it!
3) Environment: Let's all work on ditching the toxins from our homes. So many household products and full of harmful chemicals and toxins. You can get products that work as well if not better that are not toxic. You don't have to spend a fortune to do this, either!
4) Spiritual Health - To have the healthiest life possible, we must find ourselves in a healthy place spiritually. We may not all share the same church or religion, but we can all benefit from spending some time working on our relationship with our
faith. Consider it your "me time" and do what helps you connect spiritually. This is never time wasted.
